As of May 23, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. West Cornwall Township 2024 Base Repair Projects. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The work generally includes base repair on four (4) Township roads. The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Questions shall be submitted via the "Vendor Discussions" feature within . Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
