West Cornwall Township 2024 Road Maintenance Projects. The work generally includes crack sealing on six (6) Township roads. The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are not applicable to the bid work. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
