Notice is hereby given that the City of Lawndale, California (City) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified contractors for the assessment, design, implementation, and training of a fully functioning landscape irrigation system in accordance with the needs of the City for the following City-owned facility in the City of Lawndale: A. Rogers-Anderson Park (4161 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Lawndale, CA 90260) B. Jane Addams Park (15114 Firmona Ave, Lawndale, CA 90260) C. William Green Park (4558 W 168th St, Lawndale, CA 90260) The goal of this RFP is to secure the services of a qualified contractor who will assess, design, and install a landscape irrigation system that will allow the most water-efficient way to irrigate many different plantings in the park. Potential proposers and City staff will remain at each facility until all potential proposers have had an opportunity to ask questions and get a solid grasp of the challenges presented at the facility. RSVP and attendance is mandatory; it is strongly recommended that all potential proposers attend the site/job walk to understand the scope of the project.
