Site work and paving for a civil project in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The construction project includes, but is not limited to the following: - Addition of a storm sewer system, including manholes and pipes. - Reconstruction of the street infrastructure. Digital tender documents will be provided to contractors upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, by contacting Roy Consultants by email at the following addresses; melanie.hebert@royconsultants.ca , or gaetane.richardson@royconsultants.ca . Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The name of the bidder and the name of the project must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version and amendments of "The Public Procurement Act" (NB Regulation 2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project.
