A bid security payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, must accompany bids. Neither the lowest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the Municipality may cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project. Bids must be written on the forms provided by the Consultant accompanied by all the documents required in the call for tender specifications.
