Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of an Amphitheatre for East Hamilton High School. Preparing sitework and outdoor seating tiers for an Amphitheater including concrete sidewalks, retaining walls, sod, seed, seating curbs and other site elements as indicated. Include a raised stage in the base bid as indicated with a metal roof structure to be bid as an alternate. BIDS shall be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or BID guarantee bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to Hamilton County Department of Education (Owner), and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The Contractor shall comply with all State, Federal, and Local laws and/or regulations. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids.
