Comprehensive Safety Action Plan The Lincoln County Highway Department is seeking requests for proposals from qualified consultants for the following project: Lincoln County Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Qualifications based selection criteria will be used to analyze proposals from responding consultants. The most qualified consultant teams will be invited to interview inperson, virtually, or in a hybrid format. Upon completion of technical ranking and interviews, Lincoln County will enter into negotiations with the top ranked firm. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 The consultant may ask for clarifications of the RFP by submitting written questions to the Lincon County project manager identified above. Lincoln County reserves the right to decline a response to any question if, in Lincoln County's assessment, the information cannot be obtained and shared with all potential firms in a timely manner. Sealed cost proposals shall be submitted with the RFP. The cost proposal of the top ranked firm will be opened during contract negotiations. Those firms not selected for direct negotiations will have their unopened cost proposals returned. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. This project will be funded, in part, with a SS4A Action Plan Grant and has a not-to-exceed budget of $125,000 Bid date notes: A PDF of the proposal may be mailed or delivered by USB.
