New Construction at 693 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT, on behalf of Lazarus Project, LLC The selected firm will perform construction of a new mixed-use building at 693 East Main Street, Waterbury, Connecticut (the "Property") housing commercial space on the first floor and twenty (20) SRO housing units on the second and third floors, as detailed and described in the Bid Documents in Attachment A. All questions and communications about this Request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website and must be received by 2:00 PM on September 5, 2024. Prospective proposers must limit their contact regarding this RFP to the Purchasing Director or such other person otherwise designated by the Purchasing Director.
