Light Fixtures Please be aware this is an electronic bid. Questions will need to be submitted by September 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than September 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The following policies with stated limits shall be maintained, in full force and effect, at all times during which the services are to be performed by the Contractor: General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, $2,000,000.00 aggregate and $2,000,000.00 Products and completed operations aggregate The Contractor's General, Automobile, Builder's Risk and Excess/Umbrella Liability Insurance policies shall be endorsed to add the City and its Board of Education as an additional insured and provide waiver of subrogation on all policies except Builder's Risk and Pollution Liability. The insurance afforded the additional insured shall be primary and non-contributory insurance and the coverage and limits provided under the Contractor's policies shall not be reduced or prorated by the existence of any other insurance applicable to any loss the additional insured may have suffered. No later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Contractor, the Contractor shall deliver to the City a copy of the Contractor's insurance policies and endorsements and riders. The City of Waterbury shall receive written notice of cancellation from the Contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of actual cancellation, regardless of the reason for such cancellation.
