Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) to receive proposals from qualified prospective proponents and select a qualified firm (Consultant) to provide General Engineering Consultant services to Evaluate the environmental and related social and economic effects in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and obtain a determination, design a transit facility that includes one or more buildings to house a bus operations center, staff offices and cubicles, conference rooms, common areas, training rooms, separate climate-controlled and outdoor storage spaces, CDL training course, surface parking, electric vehicle charging stations, renewable energy source and power supply resiliency elements, and other uses as identified during the design phase, and obtain all necessary agencies approvals for planning, design and construction. The project also includes construction of concrete sidewalk, driveways, and streetlights, modification of the existing storm drain facility, installation of landscape and irrigation systems, and other items of work as required.
