Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Benton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City Benton, Arkansas will receive bids on a General Contract for the construction of a new neighborhood park consisting with playground and playground structures, ADA compliant parking lot and sidewalks, landscape are a and irrigation system. Each Bid must be submitted onthe prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribedform, payable to the City of Benton, Arkansas in an amount notless than 5 percent of the amountbid. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicablefederal, state, county, and locallaws, ordinances and regulations. For information concerning the proposed Work, contact Ruxin Tao at the Engineer's office. The Owner reserves the right towaive irregularities, reject bids,choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to postponeaward of the Contract for a periodof time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
