Under general supervision, Contractor shall provide BAS repair services, to include all necessary labor and other work and/or services required to perform Building Automation and skilled HVAC tasks. LCCC is seeks responses to provide BAS repair tasks 30-50 hours per week (LCCC will provide all parts, materials and supplies). Contract duration would be continous based on need. Respondents must provide Hourly rates Overtime rate Holiday/Weekend rate On-Call rate No travel costs will be reimbursed or accepted No equipment, materials, and/or supplies costs are needed
