Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Complete site grading, roadway, sidewalk, parking areas, retaining walls, storm sewer, water services, sanitary sewer main and services, and other work as shown in the plans for the Pronghorn Crossing subdivision. Question Submission Deadline: September 6, 2024, 5:00pm. Questions shall be submitted via the City's eProcurement Notice to Proceed (Estimated):October 21, 2024. Final Completion :October 31, 2026. BID WITHDRAWAL Bids may be withdrawn via the City's eProcurement Portal at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. A bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany any bid submitted. See Section below, titled: Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. See Section below, titled: "Instructions to Bidders." The City will make every interpretation, clarification, or correction to bidders by written addendum to the Contract Documents. The City of Cheyenne ("the City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
