The Massachusetts Port Authority invites sealed bids for the following: Preventive and On-Call Emergency HVAC Maintenance Services at L. G. Hanscom Field Civil Air Terminal, Bedford, MA Sealed General Bids will be received by the Massachusetts Port Authority (the Authority) at electronically, until 1:00 P.M. local time on , immediately after which, via teleconference, the bids will be opened and read publicly. The estimated contract cost is ONE HUNDERD & FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00). Question Deadline 08/23/2024 01:00 PM EDT All Questions must be asked and asked and answered via Online Bidding procedures and award of the contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 39M, Chapter 30 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A proposal guaranty shall be submitted with each General Bid consisting of a bid deposit for five (5) percent of the value of the bid. The successful general bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract sum. No less than the prevailing wage rates as set forth in the schedule contained in the Bid Documents must be paid on this project.
