This project includes station grading, aggregate base, aggregate shoulders, subgrade undercutting, drainage improvements, HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, guardrail works, traffic signal installation, and associated work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least 45 days. The MCDR at its discretion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process and to make the award as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Macomb.
