Removal of existing EIFS and installation of insulated metal system, new standing seam roof, soffit and metal roof trim repainting, masonry cleaning, sealant joint replacement, tuckpointing, and exterior entry door replacement. The project consists, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Macomb County 42nd District Court, 14713 33 Mile Road, Romeo, MI 48065 Project consists of, but not limited to: Removal of the existing upper fascia EIFS system and associated trim and material with a new insulated metal system with associated new standing seam roof, where areas of EIFS acted as a roof and repainting of existing standing seam metal roof trim and material and soffit repainting. Also included is cleaning of the existing masonry, replacement of sealant joints, tuckpointing and exterior entry door replacement. All saw cutting and demo at this site shall be done on 2nd shift. 2. Replacement of carport EIFS work to new metal panels, ceiling replacement and repainting with associated work shall be quoted as Alternate No. 1 .
