As of September 13, 2024, the project was awarded to Pennsy Supply , with an awarded amount of $538,910.95. Borough of Dunmore 2024 Paving Project The Project consists of sawcutting, bituminous pavement base replacement, full width milling, bituminous overlay, full depth pavement replacement of the streets designated on the associated drawings. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Dunmore. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the Borough or forfeit said Bid Bond. The contract documents contain requirements regarding nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matter, including performance and payment bonds and liability insurance. The Borough of Dunmore is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified Bids of contractors will receive equal consideration without regard to Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, National Origin, Gender or Sexual Orientation.
