The Efficiency Network (TEN) invites competitive proposals from contractors and vendors for new plumbing fixtures at various sites owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna (HACL). The work consists of the installation of toilets, showers, faucets and other plumbing fixtures, in accordance with documents prepared by TEN. Proposals are subject to all applicable State and Federal Law. All totaled, there are 1060 resident apartments at these 24 locations. Not all plumbing fixtures will be replaced as part of this project. Final quantities will be determined upon approval by HACL and HUD.
