Remodeling of a water / sewer project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the remodel of a wastewater treatment plant.
The Scope of Work shall include all labour, materials, equipment and any other costs associated with the inspection and repair of a portion of the brick wall at southeast corner of the PUC water treatment plant located at 2059 Second Line west. The area of concern is located above the level 1 (ground floor) roof. A portion of the brick wall is showing signs of loss of glazing, spalling, failure of the mortar joints and loose bricks. The brick wall is bowed out at the top and the expansion joint is failing.
