Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope: new construction of an animal shelter. The project is for the construction of Sequence 0 of the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control Facility Renewal and Replacement at 7100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. Sequence 0 consists of selective site demolition and modified retention area, temporary underground utilities, modified and new fencing, removal of small storage structures, installation of a temporary parking area, and installation of a modular building. Work will be performed on an occupied campus. The proposals are solicited from prequalified subcontractors. SBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Firms utilizing the required Form of Proposal included in the Bid Package. Payment & Performance Bonds will be required for all building envelope scopes of work and subcontracts valued at $100,000.00 or greater.
