Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. The scope of this project consists of street reconstruction of approximately 1,340 LF of Martin Street from Holly Road to Dorado Street (Base Bid), including HMAC pavement, curb and gutters, sidewalk with ADA compliant curb ramps, pavement markings, signage, upgrade of street lighting, and a stamped concrete Island. Utility improvements include upgrades to the storm water laterals, water, wastewater, and gas systems. The deadline to ask questions is 11/20/2024 4:00 PM CST Estimate: $3,400,000.00 The work includes reconstruction of approximately 1,340 LF of Martin Street from Holly Road to Dorado Street. January 2025 Projected Date Award of Contract February 2025 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Bid Bond Requirements: A Bid Bond must guarantee, without qualification or condition, that the Owner will be paid a sum equal to 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid if, within 10 calendar days of Notice of Award of the Contract, the Bidder/Principal Term The work is to be substantially completed within 365 days.
