The scope of work generally consists of demolishing the existing building and paving, constructing two prefabricated metal buildings, a CMU wash bay building, a fuel island with containment, paving and other site improvements. As of September 11, 2026, this project is currently bidding for a general contractor with the Port of Corpus Christi.
