Reference Number 0000360736 This project addresses the rehabilitation of the existing ForeBay and drying beds liners at the Binney Water Purification Facility. The side slopes of the drying beds are lined with soil cement and the investigation study identified certain areas are demonstrating settlement and erosion. These areas will be removed and replaced with concrete. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to Ola Sulaiman, Project Manager, at osulaima@auroragov.org, and to Nathan Jones, Contract Administrator at njones@auroragov.org. Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. In addition, the bid guarantee shall be accompanied in the same file as the bid. The Contract Documents that all work be Substantially Complete by April 15, 2025 with Final Completion by May 15, 2025. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $5,000.00 per day. The estimated cost for this project is from $749,323.00 to $867,637.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
