Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hillsboro, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,248-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project Description: New construction of a 13,248 square foot engineered post frame building to be used as a heavy equipment shed. Concrete foundation, slab-on-grade, sitework, electrical, and plumbing are not included within this bid package. There will not be a Pre--bid Meeting. The Owner requires that construction cannot start until approximately November 1, 2024, and the project is to be substantially complete by December 1, 2024. Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
