Demolition and site work for a residential development in Fairfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The proposed work consists of demolishing and cleaning up all building materials, including foundation(s) building slab(s) and trees/foliage as needed by the City of Fairfield, and backfilling all excavations and seed/straw of the disturbed site. The proposed work also consists of property disposing of two residential structures, all accessory structures on each parcel and all associated debris of the demolition project. Properties are to be demolished concurrently, with no delay in time between demolition of the structures. The address of the properties are as follows: 807 Walker Street 407 NW 5th Street Fairfield, Illinois 62837 Fairfield, Illinois 62837 Tax I.D.#:22-50-015-013; Tax I.D.#:21-50-079-006; No less than prevailing rate of wages, as determined in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage, shall be paid to all laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workers employed in construction on this project. The successful bidder will be awarded a contract to complete the Building Demolition work. A copy of the proposed contract may be viewed at the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, City of Fairfield, during office hours. The City of Fairfield, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
