Site work and paving for a civil project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of October 17, 2024, project was awarded to Vital Consulting Group, LLC with the amount of $6,044,913.13. The project includes earthwork; removals and fills; construction of shotcrete lined channel; preparation of maintenance roads; grading; riprap; seeding; and installation of new irrigation infrastructure including turnouts and turnout connections. The following conditions apply to prospective bidders: A. Appropriate Contracting License B. Bidders must complete and include the MRGCD Ampaign Contribution Disclosure Form with their bid. MRGCD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal. Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the Contract. If a person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, they may submit to the Project Engineer, Tyler Ashton, P.E., Wilson and Company, email to Tyler.Ashton@wilsonco.com and Jure Marovich, Wilson & Company at Jure.Marovich@wilsonco.com a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. Questions must be received by August 30 th , 2024, to allow the Engineer time to respond
