The TOWN OF LEICESTER, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Fire Station Roof Replacement at Rochdale Fire Station in Leicester, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NAULT ARCHITECTS INC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of existing roof membrane and installation of new roof membrane and edge metal. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/04/2024 at 12:00PM EDT for general bids. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the TOWN OF LEICESTER. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online
