Window Replacement at Rainbow Terrace 667-2 development, located at 1075 Main Street, Leicester, MA 01524 The Project consists of: Replacement of vinyl and clad-wood windows with new windows, related flashings, interior and exterior trim and painting work. The work is estimated to cost $242,170.00 A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Replacing existing vinyl-clad wood windows and vinyl windows (varies by location) with new construction and replacement style vinyl windows (varies by location). Also, the associated insulation of cavities exposed around the rough opening by the removal of the windows, taping, flashing and caulking to deliver a weathertight installation. 2. Carpentry work including new interior wood trim and new exterior PVC trim. 3. Painting interior and exterior window trim. 4. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
