A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%)of the Price Bid, Payable to Limestone County, Must Accompany each Bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, 100 Percent(100%) of the Contract Price, with a Corporate Surety Approved By limestone County, Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of The contract. Limestone County Reserves The right to Reject Any or All Bids or To waive Any Informalities in Bidding. Attention is Called to the Con- Tractor's Alabama License law, Chapter 8 of the Title 34 of The code of Alabama (1975) as Amend- Ed. Bidders Must Be Licensed Under the Specialty Classification of Highways and Streets. Limestone County is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer.
