Fayetteville Public Works Commission ("PWC") is seeking the services of a qualified professional engineering firm to provide engineering services to identify, evaluate, and design potential reliability-related projects at the Cross Creek Water Reclamation Facility. PWC is seeking a firm whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services to support this project. PWC owns, operates, and maintains two (2) water treatment plants, two (2) wastewater treatment plants eighty-one (81) wastewater lift stations, and over two thousand eight hundred (2,800) miles of water and sanitary sewer lines that serve customers throughout Cumberland County. The Cross Creek Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) is operated under NPDES Permit #NC0023957 with a permitted capacity of 25 MGD. The present flow rate averages 11.0 MGD. Liquids treatment facilities include the following components.
