As of November 15, 2024, project was awarded to Granese Construction with the amount of $4,857,790.75. The Town of Hampton requests sealed written bid proposals from qualified Contractors to replace aged and deteriorated corrugated metal piping and catch basins with new tight jointed (i.e. watertight) PVC piping, new catch basins and manholes, renovation and upgrade of an old sewer pump station to a newly refurbished stormwater pump station with all related services, installation of new stormwater pump station and/or equipment with all related services; as more particularly described in the Bid Specifications and Construction Plans. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, and means for the construction of this drainage replacement project in the Meadow Pond Subdivision (Greene St., Gentian Rd. and Meadow Pond Rd.), and pump stations and forcemain work along King's Highway and Winnacunnet Road (see Attachment A for Project Location) in accordance with the Plans titled "Kings Highway Drainage Infrastructure Improvements" dated August 09, 2024. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Excavation, earthwork, removal of old piping/structures, dewatering (if necessary), installation of some +/- 900 LF of 12" PVC and +/-1,650 LF of 15" PVC drainage main, installation of 27 catch basins and 3 Storm MH's, refurbishment of one pump station with new equipment and installation of one new stormwater pump station, installation of +/- 3600 LF of 10" force main, 2 air release MH's, cleaning and relining approx. 1,500 LF of existing 10" CI force main, backfill, compaction, testing, road reclamation, grading, and paving, trench patching, loam, seeding, grading, liming, fertilization, mulching, watering of any disturbed areas, traffic control management, and all other items incidental to the above listed work.
