Construction Mangement & Inspection - Jefferson Interconnection Project. Question Deadline 08/28/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes. Scope of Services Western Municipal Water District (Western) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection services for Western's Jefferson Avenue Interconnection (W-317). Other Details The Jefferson Avenue Interconnection (W-317) construction project includes the installation of 5,600 LF 18-inch diameter PVC pipe and two interconnection vaults (see attached draft plans). Each bidder shall be responsible for understanding, acknowledging, and agreeing that the federal funding source for its work is from the American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (collectively "ARPA") and as such, each bidder is required to comply with the regulations associated with ARPA funds pursuant to 31 CFR Part 35. By executing the Contract, the awarded bidder agrees to comply with all such regulations and reporting requirements and shall familiarize itself with those requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
