Taylor Ave, Montebello, CA 90640 SCOPE OF WORK: The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to construct the above stated project. It is the intent of this contract to have the contractor perform the "Project", and other appurtenances in accordance with the latest adopted edition of the Building Code, the 2021 Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC), 2021 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction "Greenbook" (referred to as Standard Specification), 2023 Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications unless otherwise shown.
