Remodeling of a municipal facility in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Village of River Forest is seeking qualified and responsive contractors to complete restoration work at the Public Works Facility office area. The work includes but is not limited to floor replacement, wall removal and replacement along with other items necessary to complete the work. Required of All Bidders: 1. Bid Deposit: 10% 2. IDOT Certification: NO This document comprises 50 pages Proposals will be considered not only on the basis of cost, but also on past performance, experience and ability to perform the work. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The Village of River Forest reserves the right in receiving these bids to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids.
