Site work, new construction and renovation of a stadium in Hermantown, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The overall project consists of the expansion and renovation of the existing Hermantown Arena, including adding a second sheet of indoor ice, locker rooms, ice plant, Zamboni room, mezzanine, and renovating and reconfiguring existing space. Previously Bid Work: Bid Package 1 for Sitework, Building Structure and Long-Lead Equipment. Bid Package 2 for Envelope, Interior Buildout, Ice Rink Specialties, Finishes, Mechanical & Electrical. This Bid Package is #3, which is for a rebid of the Roofing Work Scope The new building will be attached to the existing Hermantown Arena, across the street from the Hermantown High School. The site is an existing flat area consisting of existing outdoor skating rinks and green space.
