Demolition and renovation of a hospitality development in Cadiz, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

This project consists of miscellaneous structural repairs and restoration including selective demolition and replacement of beams and columns, selective demolition and replacement of stairs and guards, installation of timber beams, and mass shoring and resupport of deteriorated timber columns on new concrete piers. Carpentry and concrete work shall be considered architectural and highly skilled in craftsmanship. Shoring is to be installed in a planned methodical sequence under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for Structural Repairs Phase 2, Parks - Lake Barkley State Resort Park, Cadiz, Kentucky, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by Dan Kubican, Brown & Kubican, PSC, and approved by the Department for Facilities and Support Services of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the terms and conditions to this Request for Bid. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the bidding documents shall be directed in writing to the purchasing officer. Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered.
