Site work and renovation of a civil project in Banks, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Installing a submersible well pump in an existing drinking water well serving a municipal water system. The completed work shall provide the Owner with a fully-functional 40-hp submersible well pump to replace an existing unit. Work shall include: - Provide replacement submersible well pump, drop piping, and wellhead piping modifications conforming to specifications in the contract documents - Electrical work required to power the replacement well pump using an existing panel - Demolition and off-site removal of an existing chlorine pump and all appurtenances, as well as any site rehabilitation of the work area - Minor piping modifications to an existing pump-to-waste alignment and the replacement of an existing gate valve
