As of May 30, 2025, per owner, design team and general contractor identified. For Professional Services to assist staff in planning, designing, and construction of various capital projects for $55.3M as described in Exhibit A and attached to this document. The District expects the Owner's Representative to develop and maintain a cooperative team approach with all parties involved throughout the construction process.
