Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a swimming pool; swimming pool; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Peters Township is seeking bids for the Peters Township Rolling Hills Park Aquatic Center Phase 1 construction. The work will generally include construction of a Splash Pad, support building, parking lot, site lighting, utilities, drainage, and other items incidental to the construction. Bid Security in the amount of 10% is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. The Peters Township Council shall determine the best responsible bid based upon an evaluation performed under the direction of the Township Manager. Peters Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
