Site work and paving for a civil project in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Resurfacing of approximately 79,510 square yards on various roads throughout the Township. The base bid includes approximately 46,985 square yards of rotomilling and profiling; 5,520 tons of Superpave WMA 19.0 mm Binder Course; 7,975 tons of Superpave WMA 9.5 mm Fine Grade Scratch and Wearing Courses; installation of 76 feet of 8"-15" storm sewers; repair or replacement of 102 inlets; traffic control; linestriping; lawn restoration; and other items incidental to the project. Also, three Add Alternates for an additional 3,050 square yards of roadway paving. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by an executed Anti Collusion Affidavit on the PennDOT form provided. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
