The Work includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of an upgrade of the Controls and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for the Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Pumps and replacement of one RAS submersible pump, and associated miscellaneous Work as shown on the drawings and as specified. The project site is located at the Authority's Brush Run Water Pollution Control Plant, 111 West Valley Brook Road, McMurray, PA, 15317. the right is reserved to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY. (Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders.
