Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of the project is to repair the scale-damaged areas on all pilings from the waterline to 2 feet below the mudline and remove channel debris on CR13 Six Mile Creek Bridge (#784026). All work is to be performed in accordance with the Bid Documents. Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget $500,000.00 The County's Designated Point of Contact for this IFB is Bryan Matus, Senior Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department. Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed, in writing, via email to bmatus@sjcfl.us. In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Diana Fye, Senior Procurement Coordinator, at dfye@sjcfl.us. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later Question Deadline 09/05/2024 at 5:00 PM ETso that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the above deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director, Purchasing Manager, or other designated County Representative.
