Construction of a new 5 MGD water treatment plant with chemical treatment, a ~500,000-gallon clearwell, a high service pump, and a new lab and office building. 2. New water production well on-site with associated piping, valving and pumping. 3. Also includes piping and valves, electrical & SCADA and site work. As a proposal guaranty, a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK must accompany PROPOSALS in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the proposal or $50,000, whichever is less. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a bond for payment for labor and materials in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price or each work order listing, said bonds to remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year after the completed Work has been accepted by the owner.
