The improvement includes roof replacement for Buildings 26, 27, 28, 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and Tunnel Stairwell 45-2, including all necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous associated work, removals, and cleanup, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 664-183/193, located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa.
