The Owner requires the Project to be Substantially Completed within 210 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run and completed and ready for final payment within 240 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The attention of bidders is called to the provisions of State Law Governing General Contractors, as set forth in Title 34, Chapter 8,Article 1, Code of Alabama of 1975,as amended; and the provisions of said law shall govern bidders in of as it is applicable.
