Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.
Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to the construction of complete, turn-key video security system for the following facilities: 1. Veteran's Park: 5400 N Nob Hill Rd, Sunrise 2. City of Sunrise Civic Center: 10610 W Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise 3. Sunrise Tennis Club: 9605 W Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise 4. Piper Field, 8000 NW 44th St, Lauderhill 5. The Bridges at Springtree Golf Club: 8150 Springtree Dr, Sunrise 6. Welleby Park, 11100 NW 44th St, Sunrise The basic elements of the video security systems shall include, but not be limited to remote surveillance pole and building wall mounted cameras, emergency phones / call boxes, above ground and buried conduit, grounding electrical and communication conductors and fiber for each facility. Each installation shall also include new servers to record the video feed from all of the surveillance cameras, backed up by local UPS. Bid Bond 5% M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
