Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Remove and replace the door hardware on (6) exterior metal doors at the Springtree Water Treatment Facility, Building 15 and 16. There are a total of six (6) exterior metal doors, (5) are located at the RO Plant (Bldg. 15) and (1) is located at the Chemical Storage Building (Bldg. 16). The scope of work includes the following: The removal and replacement of all mechanical hardware on a total of six (6) exterior metal doors. o Purchase and install all new locks and hardware. o Purchase and install all new panic push bars and hardware used for exiting. o Purchase and install new door closures and hardware. o Purchase and install all new door latching components.
