The Summary of Pay Items for This Project is Listed in the Bid Price Proposal. Advertised Estimate: the Award Amount and Contract Performance Bond Shall Be Based on the Department S Advertised Estimate Amount of $100,000.00 and Not the Contractor S Bid Total. Performance Bond: A Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project. Bidders must complete and submit the Small Business Affidavit (Form No. 275-000-01) for approval prior to receipt of bid documents. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required.
