Veterans Park Playground Shade Structure A Description of the Project is as Follows: Scope of Work: the Work for This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to, Clearing, Grubbing, Concrete Removal, Footing Excavation, Fill and Geotechnical Testing, Reinforced Concrete Footing and Fastener System Installation, Field Measurements and Engineered Shop Drawings, Field Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel Frame Assembly Per Manufacturer Requirements and Specifications, Shade Fabric Installation, Cable Tensioning and Fastening, Concrete Restoration, Backfill, Sod, Landscaping and Finished Grade Restoration of Disturbed Area, Construction Site Access and Stormwater Controls, in Strict Accordance With the Contract Documents. Location: Work is Located at: Veterans Park, 5300 Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Fl 33351 Qualification Requirement: the Contractor Shall Have a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License, and/or a Florida Certified Building Contractors License. The Contractor Must Have Worked on 3 Projects Over the Past 5 Years of Similar, Size, Scope and Complexity, and Provide Verifiable References for These Projects. The City Shall Be the Sole and Final Judge in Determining if the Contractor Meets the Qualification Requirement. Grant Requirements: This Project is Being Funded by U.s. Department of the Treasury, Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund. Contractor Must Comply With All Terms and Conditions of the U.s. Department of the Treasurys Funding Agreement.
