This Project Consists of Adding Two (2) 69kv Structures and Repairing 0.7 Miles of 13.2kv Line. 477 Aac Will Be Replacing 4/0 Acsr. Approximately Twenty-five (25) Wooden Poles Will Be Changes Out. There Will Be Approximately 850 Feet of 500 Ug Al to Be Installed. Boring Will Be Required Along With the Installation of a Three-phase Padmount Switch. The Owner Will Furnish the Three- Padmount Switch. The Contractor is to Furnish All Other Materials. Bidder's Qualifications: Proposals Will Be Accepted Only From Those Pre-qualified Bidders Invited by the Owner to Submit a Proposal. Bid Bond: Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check on a Bank That is a Member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Payable to the Order of the Owner, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Bid Price. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Contractor's Bond With Sureties Listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a Penal Sum Not Less Than the Contract Price and Which Contract Price Shall Include the Total Cost of Owner Furnished Materials.
